Large campaigns may return 500 errors at high page sizes

This endpoint returns the full HTML body (bodyHtml) of every campaign by default, so accounts with large, data-heavy campaigns can produce a response big enough to exhaust the server's memory limit. This surfaces as an empty 500 response with x-cache: Error from cloudfront (it is not a CloudFront or malformed-request issue). If you hit this, reduce the limit parameter — start at limit=10 and raise it gradually. Heavy campaigns may still error at limit=50 or above.

Origin Details

The origin field specifies which email marketing tool was used for a particular email campaign. The originId field will have an ID associated with the specified email marketing tool.

Campaigns are marketing emails that are sent out to people in Follow Up Boss. These could be one-off email blasts or automated drip emails.

As Follow Up Boss has built-in email marketing functionality and also integrates with third-party email marketing tools, this API will return information about both.
