Hello FUB Team,

I'm working with Follow Up Boss (FUB) to analyze real estate agents' communication data, including text messages and phone calls, to identify common pain points and improve the platform. I came across a discussion by CL Nolen stating that it's possible to retrieve the text message body using specific headers.

However, despite implementing the X-System and X-System-Key as outlined, the message bodies remain hidden due to privacy restrictions. Is there a way to access the full text and call data for internal analysis while ensuring data privacy? Any guidance or alternative solutions would be greatly appreciated.
